Keyan first birthday party!

We were so excited for Keyans first birthday... we still cant beleive it has already been a year since this sweet guy came into our lives. We feel so blessed and fortunate to have him in our lives. We celebrated his birthday on saturday the 30th which happend to be utah halloween as well as it fell on a sunday this year! So we had a big day for all the celebrations! Keyan was just "perfect" all day.. he went to everyone who came to his party and was so cute when he put on his traditional korean dress... he chose the stethescope from his doljabi board... and was clapping and wanting everyone to clap with him! He was so funny with his cake... he was laughing and clapping and everyone was doing the same along with him... such a cute personality and loves loves loves the attention he got from everyone especially grandma and grandpa and my sister that were in town for the weekend. Well here is an update on Keyan at one year! He is saying many words like mama,dada, what, bup, do,dis, and babbles on and on and we are not sure if he is imitation korean or english... sometimes when he is around his grandma yi... we definantly hear some of the korean sounds for sure!! At his one year appt... he is a whopping 17.5 lbs is in the 25% for his height and head circumfrence. He is our "little" guy... he is not a big eater but loves to snack all day... has tons of energy and goes from morn til late at night playing, laughing, taking steps, pulling and climbing on almost everything!
